Payment method
We accept credit card such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express through Paypal. Items paid for with Papal eChecks will be sent after the eCheck has cleared, usually 3-4 days. We do not accept Money orders or Checks at this point.
Order Processing
After each order is received, an email confirmation is sent. When your product ships, another email confirmation is sent with a tracking number of the shipment to inform you the shipment. Normally, we send our products out within 2 business days. You shold receive the order average 3-5 business days. If at any time you have any questions or problems with your tracking number, please contact us at info@kayliegems.com
Shipping
Items are shipped only to confirmed address, which means the shipping address should match with your PayPal file.
All domestic shippings are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation. All international shippings are shipped via first class air mail without tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for any lost and damaged packages once items are shipped unless otherwise insurance is purchased. The listed shipping fees do not include insurance, please contact us for fees.
Shipping rate displayed in our website at check out screen does not apply to internationl shipment. For international customer, please contact our customer service first.
Return Policy
KaylieGems is aimed to provide you with the best quality products possible. We are very confident that our products will meet and surpass your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your order within 15 days from the date of shipment for a full refund or exchange (less shipping, handling and insurance charges). Please follow these steps to return or exchange your jewelry item(s):
To Return a Product:
1. Contact us to request a Return Authorization Code for your order number.
2. Send your item(s) with original packing materials and original invoice to us by an insured courier (UPS USPS Priority Mail or Registered Mail) and retain the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please do not write "jewelry" or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package.
After we receive your package, we will verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item(s).
3. A refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued within 10 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Returns and Exchanges are subject to the following restrictions:
· The original Invoice and a Return Authorization Code must accompany the returned item.
· The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way. Items damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.
· Special orders and on-sale items are not returnable. If there was an error made on our part, we will happily exchange your order.
· Shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable.
